Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Quesadilla

1/2 banana, sliced

1 Tbs. Peanut Butter

1 whole wheat tortilla
Directions:

Spread peanut butter evenly onto tortilla, then place on a pan, coated with cooking spray.  Place diced banana’s on 1/2 of the tortilla.  When the tortilla starts to get crunchy and the peanut butter melty, fold the 1/2 of the tortilla that does not have banana on it, over the other half.  Cut into halves or strips, and enjoy!
