If You Don’t Plan, Plan To Fail!

We have been unpacking, organizing and decorating our new house.  And sadly, my nutrition has taken a back seat.  I haven’t been eating terrible, but I definitely haven’t made a meal plan in weeks. I have been sticking to clean eating pretty well, but not so much the portion sizes.



I always know when I start to feel fluffy, I can bust out my handy dandy containers to get back on track.  I’m sticking with a routine and similar meals each day….pretty boring, but it’s ok with me. I like to make things as easy as possible! My husband eats lunch at work each day, so I don’t have to worry about that, and he will eat whatever I make for dinner too. I feel lucky that he isn’t super picky and also really supportive of us eating better TOGETHER.  It is so critical to have that support, whether you get it from home, a co-worker, a friend or your Beachbody community.
