Who doesn’t need a little extra motivation and support on their fitness journey? I know I do ESPECIALLY after a fun-filled Summer!  Don’t wait until the colder months hit, or even New Years to get your health on track.  NOW is the time, and with a little support, positivity and helpful resources, you can FINALLY lose those annoying pounds that have been holding you back!

 

WHAT IS A FITNESS BOOTCAMP

This private Facebook group will provide you with the tools and support you need to get your health on track this Fall. You will be provided with a 30-day meal plan, an at-home fitness program of your choice, recipes that can be customized to any eating preference, and a group of others on the same fitness journey.

 

COST

The challenge group itself is a complimentary service I provide but you will need to purchase a Challenge Pack (most of which are on sale this month) in order to participate with us. This will provide you with everything you need to start your fitness journey in the convenience of your own home.

 

HOW TO JOIN

If this sounds like something that could benefit you, please fill out this application. Spots are limited as I am only taking TEN WOMEN to ensure I can work closely with each individual and help them towards their goals.
