80 Day Obsession Progress and Meal Plan

I’m going to keep this short and sweet! I just completed week 6 of 80 Day Obsession, which I can’t believe. I for one can’t believe that I have continued to stick to this program for this long. I typically have done 21-30 day programs, so yay me! I also can’t believe that we are about halfway done with the program and I’m seeing such awesome progress. I can’t wait for what’s to come!

FULL DISCLOSURE: I haven’t followed the nutrition part 100%, I know, I know! Can you imagine if I DID? I know I would be seeing faster and bigger changes. It’s not like I’m out binging on pizza rolls every day. I would say 90% of the time I eat what is on my meal plan, with an occasional extra handful of tortilla chips, a few pieces of chocolate, a few drinks on the weekend, etc. We discussed this in my online bootcamp and someone said something that is SO TRUE! Why would we work SO HARD all week and complete such tough workouts, only to un-do it with what we eat? DUH! Maybe you find yourself doing the same thing? Definitely a lightbulb moment for all of us. I feel that by seeing these side-by-side pictures of day 1 and day 38, I have re-committed to the nutrition aspect. We have 1 more week of Phase Two and then we are onto Phase Three, which I hear is CRAZY! Is it weird that I’m looking forward to that?

PROGRESS PHOTOS: Day 1 vs Day 38, don’t weigh myself so not sure if I’ve lost, but seeing more muscle means I’ve actually probably GAINED weight. I didn’t take measurements either, whoops. Selfies all the way!

Even though myself and the others in our test group are halfway through the program, I am still adding new people to our group who are starting their 80 day journey. We welcome all shapes, sizes, fitness levels, etc. but you have to be willing to do the work! There is no sitting on the sidelines in this group, everybody does the workouts on their own time and posts their selfies in the private Facebook group (ACCOUNTABILITY!) we share our meal plans and recipes with each other and we are in it to change our bodies one day at a time.
