If you’ve tried Brussels sprouts before and just couldn’t get down with the taste, I DARE you to make them this way. You can thank me later.
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half, remove the outer leaves.
Place the sprouts on a roasting pan lined with tin foil. You do not need to add cooking spray, olive oil, etc…that’s where the bacon comes in. Feel free to season.
Place the roasting rack on top of the sprouts, then evenly layer the bacon on top of it.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy to your liking.
