Smoothie bowls are all the rage these days. The only downfall is that when you buy them at cafes/smoothie bars, they are typically packed with tons of sugar! They are sweetened by blending with dates or bananas, and when you add toppings like granola , honey and fruit you might as well go out and eat a big bowl of Lucky Charms.
This is a low-sugar version that tastes just as delicious. I use my favorite Shakeology as the base, along with my secret ingredient: FROZEN CAULIFLOWER!!
