Balsamic Marinade and Dressing

It’s grilling season!

This chicken marinade doubled as salad dressing.
With all the flavors from the grilled veggies, you definitely do not need a heavy dressing.

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh oregano or thyme
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 3 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes

*let chicken marinade for at least 30 minutes
