Hi there!  My name is Leah! I am a wife, wellness coach, dogmom and foodie. I enjoy getting creative in the kitchen while following a vegetarian diet. I hope to inspire as many people as I can through my own health and fitness journey.

My 3rd wedding anniversary (June 18, 2014) was a huge turning point for me. While joking around with my hubby, I decided it would be fun to try on my wedding dress. I was devastated when it didn’t fit. I was so disappointed that I had let my health go for the past three years. Those days of not having anything to wear and feeling self-conscious in my own skin had taken it’s toll on my self-esteem, marriage, friendships, etc. I decided to do something about it. I had remembered a friend posting on Facebook that she was a health and fitness coach, running these “challenge groups.” So I inquired and decided to give the 21 Day Fix at-home workout program a go. I was feeling a little skeptical, as I had tried other weight-loss programs in the past, and nothing seemed to work. I always thought my struggle with weight-loss was due to my under active thyroid condition.

Just 21 days after starting the program, I was down FIFTEEN POUNDS ( >> Whoop Whoop <<). I was so pleased with my results that I felt a strong desire to help others do the same thing.

Now I am a health and fitness coach, running my own weight-loss challenge groups. I love helping others learn about clean eating and what it can do for your body. It’s not a “diet”, it’s a lifestyle change, and it really works! A clean diet, portion control and daily exercise can do AMAZING things for anyone! I never in a million years thought it would take until I was in my 30’s to get in the best shape of my life! It’s never too late to become a fitter, healthier person!
